Well, I am now in the market for a Saturn Sky Redline, as you may know. There are none very close to me, but I wanted to drive something like it so I could get a feel for it. So, I found a manual, base model Pontiac Solstice about 10 mins away from me, and I went and drove it. I'm actually pleasantly surprised. As slow as it was, it was still fun! The steering feel was way better than I expected, the clutch was really nice, and the shifter wasn't too bad. Now that I know that I can get one (parents approve...barely), and I like the way they drive (except for the speed, but that's why I'm getting the Redline), I need to find one! They're kinda hard to find.

Now, I also saw a unicorn today. A C class with a manual!

Speaking of unicorns, I saw some kind of modified Studebaker when I was leaving work tonight. I think it was a Commander. It was in a group of really nice Lead Sleds, Chevelles, and street rods. I thought that is was just some guys going for a drive but then I saw more Mustangs, GTOs, Buick GSs etc and some blocked off streets. Evidently they're having some kind of show downtown and didn't tell me about it. Bastards.

Too expensive and too far away. Budget is about 15k (so like, $14,999), and it's gotta be at most 200 miles away from Knoxville TN. Also, I want it to be red. Picky I know but I'll find one. There was one on cars.com (it's still there), but they already sold it!
